You can check out the individual pricing of each item and we offer a package discount based on your full project parameters.
3. What materials do I need to start the Visual Brand Identity Design Package ?
  • Your project brief (You can use our online visual brand identity project brief template if you need)
  • The approved name to use for the logo design
  • The approved tagline/slogan (if any) to use for the logo design

Yes. We understand every business has their unique requirements. We curate these items to provide the foundation of a Business Visual Identity Design system. We curate these items to provide the foundation of a basic Visual Identity System. You can create your own items based on what your business needs. At any time, you can let us know your requirements and we can tailor a package for you.

1. How will I receive the final files?
Depending on the file size, we will upload to a shared drive or provide a secure link for you to download the final files. For the website, we will migrate the approved version from the staging server to one URL of your choice. A copy of the files can be downloaded from the server.

You can always inform us of your preferred method to prepare the files for you.

1. What is your payment term for Visual Brand Identity Design Package ?
Our payment term for Visual Brand Identity Design Package is 50% upon project commencement and remaining on project completion or on the 14th week from the start of the project, whichever comes first.
2. What is your refund policy?
Upon payment confirmation, we will provide an initial 20 minutes review to discuss your project requirements. If you think we aren’t the best match for your project, we will do a full refund. There will be no refund once the project has started
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We are based in Singapore. If you hold a Singapore bank account, we accept payment via bank transfers, Checks and PayNow. For international client, we accept debit card payment via Paypal.
