3. How should I handle plugins update?
If you engage our website maintenance service, we will take care of the updates for you.
If you are doing your own website maintenance, plugins update will be your sole responsibility.
4. I have other plugins I would like to use, can you install and set up for me?
Yes. We can install and set up additional plugins for your website. Price will be quoted separately.
5. Can I install more plugins on my own?

2. Do I need to know html to do my own updates and maintenance?
It will be helpful to know html and be comfortable with client side scripting languages if you would like to do your own updates and website maintenance. Knowing basic html/css will help you to update content faster and perform minor mark-up troubleshooting on your own. Nonetheless, you can engage our website maintenance service so that you can focus on what you do best.
3. Does the eCommerce Web Design Package include website maintenance service?
Website Maintenance Service is available as an add-on and at a discounted rate if you sign up together with the eCommerce Web Design Package.
  • Delivery
1. How long does it take to design and develop an eCommerce website?
For the default eCommerce Web Design Package, an average timeline is around 12-16 weeks for a small to mid-scale eCommerce website. The actual timeline will vary depending on your project parameters. We can advise the timeline after reviewing the project requirements.
2. How will I receive the final files?
When you have approved the final version, we will migrate the approved version from the staging server to 1 url of your choice. You can make a copy of the files from the server directly if required.
  • Payment
1. What is the payment term for the eCommerce Web Design Package?
Our payment term for eCommerce Web Design Package is 50% upon project commencement and remaining on project completion or on the 14th week from the start of the project, whichever comes first.
2. What is your refund policy?
Upon payment confirmation, we will provide an initial 20 minutes review to discuss your project requirements. If you think we aren’t the best match for your project, we will do a full refund. There will be no refund once the project has started
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We are based in Singapore. If you hold a Singapore bank account, we accept payment via bank transfers, Checks and PayNow. For international client, we accept payment via Paypal.
