When you purchase a Unit plan, your Units wallet will be credited with the equivalent amount in dollar value.

At the checkout, when ordering a deliverable, you will have the option to pay using your Units wallet. The total cost of your order will be automatically deducted from your Units wallet.

4. I need more than 50 Units per month, do you have a bigger Units plan?

Yes, we do. For needs exceeding 50 Units per month, please contact us to discuss a customized package tailored to your specific requirements.

5. How can I check the balance of my Units Wallet?

You can view the order history and the balance of your Units Wallet directly in your account when you sign in. Additionally, you will receive an email notification each time you use the Units Wallet for any checkout of deliverables.

6. I can't find the exact deliverable package I need on your website, is it possible to customise one?

Yes, it is possible. Please contact us to discuss creating a customized package that meets your specific needs.

7. Is there an extra fee for package customisation?

No, there is no extra fee for customizing a deliverable package. You will only pay for the services included in your customized package, with no additional customization charges.

8. Can I use more than the allocated Units per month?

Yes, you can. If you anticipate needing additional Units in a specific month, please inform us at least seven working days in advance. Please note that the availability of additional Units is subject to our workload and schedule availability.

9. Why do you need to allocate a certain number of Units per month?

We allocate a specific number of Units each month to ensure we maintain the high quality of work for our clients. This approach helps us manage our resources effectively, preventing overselling and under-delivering. By doing so, we can dedicate the necessary attention to each project, ensuring that every client receives excellent and consistent results.

If you need additional Units in any given month, please let us know at least seven working days in advance so we can accommodate your request, subject to our availability.

Yes, a dedicated contact will be appointed to handle your account. This ensures personalized and consistent service throughout our engagement.

11. What is the payment term?

Our Units Packages require prepayment and are non-refundable. Once your payment is cleared, we will prepare your account and be ready to begin work.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We are based in Singapore and accept payments via bank transfers, checks, and PayNow for clients with Singapore bank accounts. For international clients, we accept payments via PayPal.
