For the standard eCommerce Web Design Package, the average timeline is around 12-14 weeks for a small to mid-scale eCommerce website. The actual timeline will vary depending on your project parameters, which we can advise on after reviewing the project requirements.

2. How will I receive the final files?
After you have approved the final version, we will migrate the approved version from the staging server to one domain of your choice. If needed, you can also make a copy of the files directly from the server.

1. What is the payment term for the eCommerce Web Design Package?

Our payment terms for the eCommerce Web Design Package require a 50% payment upon project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or on the 14th week from the start of the project, whichever comes first.

2. What is your refund policy?
After payment confirmation, we will provide an initial 30-minute review to discuss your project requirements and direction. If you determine that we aren’t the best match for your project during this review, we will issue a full refund. Please note that once the project has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

We are based in Singapore and accept payments via bank transfers, checks, and PayNow for clients with Singapore bank accounts. For international clients, we accept payments via PayPal.
